The Heim Residences are excited to welcome you to our stunning one-bedroom, one-bathroom converted mill apartment in the heart of Manchester City Centre's vibrant Ancoats neighbourhood. Filled with industrial charm and character, The Paragon acts as a testament to Manchester’s storied past.

The Space:
This one-bedroom apartment is conveniently located on the eastern edge of the city centre in Ancoats, benefiting from being just a stone’s throw away from Manchester’s iconic Northern Quarter and New Islington – great for exploring all the sites this cultural city has to offer.

This apartment is perfect for solo guests, couples, and small groups, sleeping up to 4 guests. We are a pet-friendly home! Feel free to bring along your furry friends for a small additional fee of £20 per stay – check your guest pass for more information.

LIVING AREA
You will find your living and dining area to be the heart of The Paragon, this space features a 55-inch television (fit with an entertainment package and all the streaming and smart services one could wish for) facing a stylish L shaped sofa-bed, that sits centrally to the comfortable living room. If you’d like the sofa-bed to be made up for you prior to your stay, please advise one of our helpful customer service team and they will get that prepared for you for an additional charge. This will open into a standard double bed and boosts our guest capacity to 4 total in this property.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
For culinary enthusiasts, the spacious, fully equipped kitchen is a dream come true. Prepare delicious meals with ease, utilising the ample worktop space and modern appliances – this kitchen offers everything you need to enjoy the perfect meal. The dining table looks over into the rest of the living area, acting as the perfect centre piece to this inviting and social space.

BEDROOM
Designed with comfort in mind, the bedroom features a king-size bed, custom blackout curtains and ample wardrobe space, flawlessly curated by our in-house Interiors team. Offering a unique and warm atmosphere, the bedroom provides the perfect ingredients for a good night's sleep. Wake up feeling rejuvenated and ready to embrace the day's adventures.

BATHROOM
You’ll find a sizeable bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower and complimentary use of our luxury Argon Oil Jacksonheim toiletries during your stay.

ACCESSIBILITY
This apartment is located on the second floor of the building, with access via stairs only (2 sets of stairs). For those with mobility considerations, kindly note there is no elevator in the apartment.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the whole apartment. If you are staying for multiple nights, you may need to take the waste out to the waste deposit area - details of how to access this can also be found in your Guest Pass.

The Neighborhood:
When you walk out the front door, you will be in the heart of Manchester's Ancoats. You are never more than 2 minutes from a bar, restaurant or grocery store.

Getting Around:
There is a public pay and display car park conveniently located right next door to the building, with prices from £8.20 for 24 hours (prices may vary). You can park free of charge on the street in designated bays, between the hours of 20:00 and 08:00. The full address of this car park is as follows: Euro Car Parks Limited, Cable Street, Northern Quarter, Manchester, M4 5EQ. You will never be stuck for a place to park your car(s).

Other Things to Note:
In order to protect both the property and our guests, all guests are required to complete the MANDATORY deposit hold on our guest pass, powered by Enso Connect. The deposit hold places a £250 authorisation hold on a card of your choosing. No monies are taken from your card unless any damages are caused during your stay or additional fees are incurred during your stay. This could be for things like late check-out and other services, extra guests, and/or extra nights.

Please ensure these are completed prior to your stay as guests will not be able to access the apartments until your Enso verification and deposit hold is complete.
