Stay in this 2 bedroom apartment in East London, with a large private balcony with beautiful view of the Regent's Canal & city. The apartment is within walking distance of Brick Lane/Shoreditch/Broadway Market/Victoria Park and a short tube ride to West End/Soho.

Things to do in the immediate vicinity include visiting Columbia Road Flower market, Hackney City Farm, a number of museums and only a few subway stops away from St. Paul's Cathedral, The Tower of London and The View from the Shard.
The space
This bright, spacious apartment offers a rare combination of centrality, tranquility and great views of London.

The location is in a vibrant area and close to central London. It's a 10-minute walk to Bethnal Green (or Mile End) tube, which gets you to the West End in 10 minutes. You can also hire bikes outside the flat and it takes about 20 minutes to cycle into the centre, while Shoreditch, Brick Lane and Dalston/Hackney are very close.

The best thing about this flat is being in such a peaceful spot right next to the canal and Victoria Park, while being in the middle of an exciting area with great restaurants, bars and culture.

In the daytime you can see the Regent's Canal and lots of green space, while the nighttime view of Canary Wharf is truly special. The building is modern and secure with its own concierge.
Guest access
You have access to two double bedrooms, a large living room with a sofa bed and extra sofa (also possible for sleeping on). Also a modern kitchen, newly refurbished bathroom, the magnificent balcony, plus wireless internet, TV, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and iron.

Also cot and highchair for babies.

Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
The property only accepts the number of adults listed on the reservation confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted.

Each guest will be asked to send identification within 48 hours once the reservation is created and at check-in.
This property does not accommodate bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or similar celebrations.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise.
A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am.
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.

If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 10:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee.

If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property.
