This accommodation is exactly as described. Basic but clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a stay over in central London. The area surrounding it couldn't be better, everything you need is on the doorstep!
Basic but confortable, very quiet at nights and at the same time close to many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. 4 underground stations (different lines) in 10min aprox walking. Many parks yo run in the morning 10k aprox. Improvements needed: Maintenance details
Good location, clean, near tube stations and bus stops, near good pubs and restaurants, only thing is that their is not a dryer but a clothes horse but otherwise it is great for price

Check in was a whole mess & we couldn’t get hold on the contact number provided. We was eventually relocated but that property was not nice and further from our destination. The property we settled for was nice but on the 9th floor. Communication with the owners improved
We were looking for a place in a great location to sightsee. The place was as described and was great for our London stay. It was a 10 minute walk to Paddington station. And less than 10 minute walk to the hop on hop off bus-stop. After reading the reviews, we understood that this place is comfortable and safe. It’s a good value and a great location. If you understand this, you will enjoy your stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Its not The Ritz
The location of the flat, easy access to public transport, supermarkets and restaurants was definitely 5 stars. We found the flat itself to be adequate for our 4 night stay.
Even after expressing concerns with the host ahead of time about recent reviews, we showed up to dirty beds from the last people, dirty bath towels draped around the unit, smelly trash in kitchen and entry way, which made the whole place stink. Beyond this, the building is a dump, avoid this place.
Would recommend if you're looking for a well priced space in London. Lots of quirks with this place but it was clean, and it had a nice hot shower. Lots of coffee shops, grocery stores and pubs within easy walking distance. The listing says that there's a dryer, but it's a drying rack. Not overly important unless you're hoping to clean your laundry before continuing on your journey.
Good location but very dated, old run down furniture.

Not clean
The appartement was not clean. The towels were dirty. The bedrooms were okay. But bathroom, kitchen and livingroom were less pleasent as they had probably not be cleaned for some time, apart the floor.
Manage expectations. Not luxury and small things should be improved
Honestly, this is not a glamorous place, but the cost and other reviews were justified. Not the cleanest and some basics like toilet roll holders and door knobs on front door and inside bathroom should be added. Some electrical sockets hanging out of walls. Some windows wouldn’t close. Chairs at kitchen table broken and table wobbly, furniture could be replaced for sure. On the plus side the beds were really comfy, bed linen was so soft. Kitchen had everything you need, including toaster, kettle and washing machine. Good area near a few train stations so that was an advantage. Supermarket across the street. If you don’t plan to spend too much time there it’s ok. Just manage expectations.
Been there with my family on the Halloween weekend. The flat is spacious enough for 4 people. Great area as it's city center and it's very well connected via buses, underground, train etc.
The flat comes with cutlery, plates and towels.
We loved it thank you!
The flat was dirty (shower screen was sticky, a lot of dust under bed, cutlery and cups not clean etc), a lot of stuff was broken and unsightly but the big thing was that the cold water tap did not work at all, so the shower was unusable as only boiling hot water came out. Also, on our 3rd day (Friday) as we came back from town, we were locked out. The lock had been changed and nobosy told us. It took a long while to sort out for some random person coming to give us the new key, but the host was trying to make it so that it was our fault the key did not work, or we were at the wrong flat etc. Very suspicious reason given for the lock change, again dealing with another random person over the phone. Not happy there had been people there, and that we were locked out and we were actually quite spooked about the whole situation. We feel like we should have complained on the first day, but as we only had 3 days in London we thougt we'll put up with the broken toilet seat, the dirt etc so we don't lose precious time searching for new accommodation.
The flat is as described in the listing and the rest of the reviews - a bit shabby but perfectly situated for central London, and clean with comfortable beds. It's just across the road from all of the restaurants and supermarkets in Bayswater, but really quiet.
We had a problem with the boiler but the landlady got it fixed more or less immediately once I had managed to contact her.
This was the worst apartment I’ve ever rented!! To start with, I open the door and there’s a hole inside the door on the floor. I go into the living room and the furniture is old and gross to sit on. The dining table was ready to fall apart and the chairs did fall apart right under me l! The kitchen smelled very musty, like there was mold everywhere. The bathtub/shower didn’t drain and my sister had to use the toilet plunger to clear the drain, gross!! The owner was going to uber some drain cleaner, but we had to be at the apartment to get it. We tried not to be at the apartment other than sleeping there. The bedrooms were very good sized with lots of storage. The bed in the main bedroom didn’t even have a box spring to fit the mattress that was on top of it! The second bedroom was very good sized but the bed was very hard and not comfortable to sleep on. I will say that the area the apartment is located is very safe and close to all the metro and buses!

Quirky (and unclean) two bedroom rental
Pros: Great location, short walk to the tube. Neighbourhood felt safe and was quiet at night, even with the windows open. Apartment is good size with blackout blinds in the bedrooms, and one of the beds was comfortable (the other, not so much). Lots of hot water and several grocery stores nearby.Cons: Kitchen was bafflingly equipped: 3 spoons, 5 forks, and a suspiciously large collection of 13 bread knives. Only one sharp knife in the kitchen which was more of a "handle free" blade, but with no cutting board around, who cares! Pans were scratched up and one had its handle hanging on by willpower alone. Plenty of tableware, but it was dirty. One cup had a crusty layer of dried milk, and the mugs had old coffee on the inside. NONE of the cutlery had been washed. Sheets on one bed had hosted a nature walk: plant bits, dirt, and hair. The shower didn’t drain well - took a solid 10 minutes to empty. The toilet seat was attached by a single bolt so it slid around trying to buck off unsuspecting victims. There were old cigarette butts at the front door.Overall, the apartment gave off the vibe of someone who had started renovations, got overwhelmed, and just… stopped. Would I stay there again? Not unless I had reassurances that Molly Maid was coming beforehand and the toilet seat was fixed. I don’t have Hillton expectations, but this was subpar. We had stayed in over 10 youth hostels and/or VRBOs across the UK this past month, and this was our least favourite and the least clean.
Maria is a wonderful and responsive host. The apartment is basic and a good value for central London. It has many quirks and isn’t in prime condition, but that is reflected in the price and everything works and is clean. I felt safe in the neighborhood and it was very close to stores, restaurants, and a bus stop.
