Great location round the corner from Paddington and two mins walk from Hyde park, excellent rooms and decor - stayed in a one bed apartment. Communal areas very nice too. Super clean and well kitted out. Whole access, check in and out was via access code / text/whatsapp which worked seamlessly, and there was someone on the desk 24/7 if we needed , which we didn’t. Rooms were very warm, but was cold weather and could easily cool with open windows. Will definitely use again when travelling with family.

The rooms were very spacious, clean and well equipped. It was lovely to walk in and immediately had a cup of tea. Shower was great. Beds were comfortable. The absolute best was the location… very nicely located. I did t live that my whole party of three, including my son had to provide passports and a slew of information but other than that it was perfect. Virginia (Ginny) was excellent.

Nice location, close to Hyde Park, Paddington and the subway. The rooms are a nice size. However, the room we had was really worn down, the carpet was stained and there was a wierd smell. Also the room was not clean. Things that are easy to clean had dust or stains.
