Amazing antique stone Cilentan villa situated in the centre of the characteristic village of Acquavena.
The main villa 200m2 and its dependances (sleep up to 12 guests) boast a spectacular sea view and a 500m2 garden with swimming pool, barbecue, pizza oven and verandah. 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin room with 2 single beds with bathrooms. 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom in each of the dependances.
Sitting/dining area with fireplace , 2 double sofas and 2 armchairs. Round table with chairs, satellite TV. Wifi.
Fully equipped large kitchen: fridge freezer, large table with sitting places, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. Barbecue.
External laundry area.
The two dependance apartments host a further 4 guests.
Limonaia Dependance: 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower enclosure and bidet.
There is a beautiful ceramic large table in the verandah outside the Limonaia ideal for eating out.
Approdo Dependance: 1 double bedroom . Bathroom with small bath and attached shower.
There is large private parking area with 3 private parking spaces inside the gate in the garden and two private parking spaces just outside the gate.The house has a remote controlled electric gate.

The Main House (sleeps 11)
Ground Floor:
fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. Table and chairs. There is a large table with chairs in the verandah just outside the kitchen.
Sitting room sofa ,armchairs, fireplace, tv with decoder.Terracotta floors.
Bathroom . No shower but there is an external shower by the swimming pool with hot water.

Bedroom 4- 2 single beds.
Bathroom 2- fully equipped bathroom with shower on first floor.
Bathroom 3-fully equipped bathroom with bath with shower on second floor.

There is a beautiful ceramic large table in the verandah outside the Limonaia ideal for eating out.

The garden and swimming pool ( 1.5m-3m deep) are fully equipped with garden furniture and swimming pool equipment/furniture. Great for relaxing and sunbathing!
