Welcome to our completely renovated apartment, designed to maximize the comfort of long or short stays. This one-bedroom apartment located on the second floor is perfect for couples, solo travelers, or digital nomads. The apartment has a room with a double bed, wardrobes and dedicated workspace, a bathroom with hot water, WiFi, in the living room there is a 50" Smart TV, a double sofa bed, and a dining table; the kitchen is fully equipped with everything basics for food preparation, fridge and breakfast bar with two comfortable stools and a washing machine. In the outdoor area we have a secure parking space inside the property and a nice patio where you can sit and enjoy the morning sun or the evening breeze! We are located in the exclusive neighborhood of Juanambu perfectly situated between Granada and El Peñón. You will not lack for bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and banks, all within walking distance in this centrally-located and fun area.
