Dear Pierre , the check in detail are very clear : you call in the nr we provide in arrival and someone will help you to check in . WE still have the conversation in our whatsapp and the biggest delay on replying to you is 2 minutes ( Anytime that you texted , in 2 min we replied ) . Is a pitty to lie . Regarding the dirtynies you never mention anything . The cleaning ladies came also during your stay to clean and you had our contact . We cannot help if you dont ask . We cannot say now was or was not dirty , as in one week staying never said anything . We are sorry for that .
