A safety rail at top of stairs (coming out of the master bedroom) would be a very good idea. Also a light in the laundry nook.

Wonderful location, lovely cosy light flat, warm and dry. Well stocked. Great communication with the team. Stairs may be a bit risky with wee ones at the top. We really enjoyed our stay

Pros; location was spot on. Around the corner from the Nyhavn neighborhood and easy walking distance to wonderful cafés, restaurants, Metro and city center highlights. Plenty of space for a group of 5 to 6 people. The apartment is in a quiet building and in a generally quiet and safe neighborhood. Instructions for entry were accurate and easy.Cons; the apartment was heavily used and showed with stained black wood floors, dirty walls, and stair handrails and hard water stains on all the appliances, silverware and in the shower. The two rugs in the apartment were also filthy. I emailed the property management upon arrival and they asked for photos and offered to check their supply warehouse to see about some extra hand towels and garbage cans for the apt. We did not send photos right away as we were busy enjoying Copenhagen and the fixes were not an option during our short stay. Ex: they could not replace all the rugs or strip and stain the untreated pine wood floors during our stay. The company was responsive via email but did not act on the request for add'l towels and small garbage cans for the bathrooms which could have been done.Overall the apartment worked out for our group. It was broom swept clean when we arrived but the wear and tear was obvious and the little things: missing curtains in the kitchen, dirty grimy toaster, only one small garbage can for the whole apt and general grimy feel detracted from the experience.

Comfortable and great location, but...
We stayed for a week with three family members (couple + adult child). The good/great:
* location was perfect for our needs, in the middle of things with close-by bakeries, restaurants, and markets plus easy access to public transportation
* the beds were super-comfortable
* it's advertised as one bath, but in USA-speak there was 1.5 bathrooms which was great
* the big dining table was perfect for eating, working, and playing games
* the kitchen was generally well-equipped and the dishwasher worked great (but no microwave)
* the TV was sufficient for streaming Netflix, etc. (see below)
So why not an excellent review?
* wi-fi was poor (insufficient to support a reliable Zoom call, and streaming TV was not full resolution much of the time)
* the hosts were completely non-responsive to texts and emails for the whole week when we had questions
* picking up (and returning) the keys from the on-street lockbox was a 15 minute ordeal in the rain
* it wasn't clear how to control the temperature (radiators)
* the dishes in the cabinet were uniformly not-quite-clean
* low ceilings and doorways caused daily injuries
