The Strengths of this Apartment are:

1. Location is at Cape Panwa, which has nice view and nearby popular beach Ao Yon. It is very well known area, as in this area has the most well known resort named Sri Panwa Resort.
2. The project is ocean front (just 10 meters), it is not suitable to swim but there is small beach walking distance of 100 meters.
3. It has nice and big pool and our apartment is facing the pool. It used to be sea view apartment but with trees are growing fast and high, the trees have blocked our view. We love greenery so we do not desire to trim or cut down the trees. However, you can enjoy sea view from the swimming pool and Gym.
4. We have installed Super fast fiber optic WIFI and the whole compound is WIFI available area provided by the Building Management.
5. Street Foods are the best available in front of the compound. There are also a lot of restaurants and convenient stores, just a step away.
6. We do provide 55 inches Curve Smart TV with free Netflix.
7. The most comfortable mattress you will every experience, you will ask me where do I buy this mattress and can you buy to ship to your home.

The Weaknesses of this apartment are:
1. You must rent scooter or car to go around, however, there are Songtaew (tuk tuk) to reach the city and also Grab application is available.
2. We do not provide daily or weekly cleaning service, we do provide washer in the apartment and cleaning equipment for your self cleaning. However, you are desire to buy our cleaning service, please contact the Host. It will cost Thb600 for cleaning and linens change. The laundry service provided by local is considered very cheap, they will charge you Thb50-60 per kilogram (to be weighted after washed and pressed), why you want to waste your holiday time to do your own laundry, just give this service to local people so they can earn something and you can enjoy your holiday time more.
3. We do not provide breakfast, but we do provide full kitchen for you to prepare your breakfast. We do provide kettle and toaster so pick up your breakfast from 7-11 or Family Mart for your simple breakfast or just drop to local restaurant with breakfast set of less than Thb100.

A modern, air-conditioned condo measuring 30 sqm and furnished with a King Size bed. It is located in the highly regarded Cape Panwa (Ao Makam). The space can accommodate a maximum of 2 people.

The amenities include a good-sized bathroom with large walk-in shower, a kitchen equipped with stove, hood, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, refrigerator and full tableware set. The large balcony is furnished with comfortable seats for your morning breakfast/lunch/dinner and washer. Perfect for enjoying the pool views. We do have working table and dressing table, safety box and comfortable wardrobe.

Free parking, free WIFI, an information counter and a small coffee shop. There is a large swimming pool with sun loungers and a modern well-equipped fitness center available to all guests. The layout of the resort has been very well conceived with coconut and palm trees dotted around the exterior.

Electricity and water are inclusive, except for Monthly or longer stay, these are paid separately as per usage at Thb5 per unit for E and Thb45 per unit for W.

The apartment is non smoking and not suitable for pets.

Breakfast is not included but available nearby. There are however a number of other dining options in the vicinity.

Many guests choose to rent scooters during their stay. They offer a cheap and easy way to explore the surrounding beaches but have associated risks (especially for inexperienced riders). Please be careful on the roads.

The Electricity is not included in the price only for monthly rate. Please do close all the lights and air-con, when you leave the Apartment so that we do reserve the electricity for our children.

Can I get any further discount on this booking?
Prices are seasonal. You have to enter your required dates to get the applicable prices for our reservation.

How do I get to the hotel?
You can get a taxi at the airport. The airport is approximately 45min drive from the property.

Are rates per person or per room per night?
The price are per room per night. Prices are not inclusive of electricity and water for monthly rate only but for short term stay, E and W are inclusive.

We do not provide cleaning, please contact us for cleaning service with fee.

How many people can sleep in the room?
The maximum number of guests are stipulated per listing. Please ensure that the room you wish to book can accommodate the required number of guests. There will be no additional charge for guests within the maximum number of guests the room can accommodate.

No breakfast is included in the price. There are however a number of other dining options in the vicinity.

Can I make bookings for tours and attractions at the property?
Yes, we have a fully operational tour desk that can assist you with booking tours and attractions.

How far are the property from the beach, shopping malls and other attractions?
A short taxi ride away (5 minutes) is Ao Yon beach which is home to a couple of very popular restaurants - The Cove and The Brasserie Yacht Club, both are highly recommended. It is a 30-minute taxi ride away from the nightlife in Patong and a 15-minute drive away from Phuket Town (there is a local bus that runs from the aquarium to the town and back at a cost of 30 baht

Is early check in / late check out possible?
Standard check in time is 14:00 and check out 11am. Reception is open 24 hours.
Early check in or check out can be arranged with the Host and are subject to availability.
You are welcome to store your luggage at reception.
