The flat is located about 3 km from the centre of Avola, in a residential area only 80 metres from the beautiful golden sandy beach. It is a district heavily populated by tourists, especially in summer. The beach is freely accessible. In the area there is a campsite with a bar, restaurant and a small minimarket. The flat has an outdoor area shared with the one on the first floor. You can relax by spending the day on the beautiful outdoor veranda, furnished with a table, chairs and deckchairs.
