We have decided to invest our resources in hospitality. It could seem crazy…but we are all willing to change the idea of an “ordinary” guest house in favour of a higher quality of products and services offered at an affordable price. The apartment is located in the heart of the Prati district, in one of the most beautiful and best connected areas of the historic center of Rome. In 15 minutes on foot, you can reach the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the Vatican City. However, for people who need it, the Metro line A and the stop of all the main buses that connect the center of Rome to the surrounding areas are just a few minutes walk from the house. A few meters from the house there is also the SitBus Shuttle stop which connects Fiumicino airport with the center of Rome.
Facing the sacred confines of the Vatican, designer stores make shopping Prati's religion, while orderly, grid-like streets contribute to its residential calm. This tidy neighborhood effortlessly mixes business and pleasure: elegant office buildings share Prati real estate with high-end shops and stunning public squares. Prati's location relative to the city center adds another layer to its luxury as its relative distance, a few minutes' walk, protects its citizens from the frenzy of Rome's historic centre.
We are therefore in the perfect position to welcome tourists from all over the world, who arrive by plane or train, but also by car, since the house is just outside the restricted traffic zone and, therefore, can also be easily reached by car.
