On the ground floor, accessible via a flight of stairs marked by a broken-up wall through which an ancient rock wall is visible, you’ll find the “Borgia” Room. Both the bedroom and the private bathroom overlook the splendid view of the valley and the Rocca Abbaziale. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with a French-style sofa bed and the “Al Vicolo” bedroom, which overlooks the charming alleys of the village; it features a private bathroom and a small terrace.
The property is just a stone’s throw from the Rocca dei Borgia—an undisputed tourist destination—and the area’s major attractions, such as the various monasteries and the Aniene River, where you can organise excursions to enjoy nature. For lovers of high-altitude mountains, Monte Livata is just a 15-minute drive away.
Upon request, if there are no more than 3 of you, it’s possible to rent just one room. The other room will remain closed and will not be rented out to ensure your privacy and peace and quiet. Of course, a discounted rate will apply when renting only one room.
