House was well appointed and close to railway station, and very roomy. Negatives....only one bathroom which is not on bedroom floor (difficult to access in middle of night!), Too many stairs for us older folks. No instructions for TV. Not enough towels or wastebaskets. Steep walk up and down hill to access house. Could use some homey touches like teabags, condiments. Pretty spare. But, all in all, a great deal for the money.

I have lived in South Wales for 25 years half of which were spent making this a great family home. Now we have moved and want to let other people enjoy it.

Why they chose this property

Its accessibility to everything. Everything is 15 minutes away, it's great for that.

What makes this property unique

Double height ceiling and a craftsman carpenter coming in and making bespoke things for us. An architect came and designed the extension and helped with the renovation of the house. Its so calm and peaceful yet only 200m from the station. We loved our time there
