As a fully equipped luxurious house boasting beautiful sea views, in a safe, secure gated community. You'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

The kitchen has a fridge freezer,cooker, kettle, toaster, wine glasses, plates, blender, cutlery, pots and pans.

There are 3 areas on the first floor including kitchen, kitchen diner with island seating 8 people and separate dining area seating 6 people.

The patio door opens out to the garden with seating area. There are also a wide range of tropical trees including banana's, coconuts, mango's, and avocados.

The downstairs lounge has a 65" HD tv with cable with a comfortable sofa, and Bluetooth sound systems to play your favourite music.

Upstairs there is another empressive lounge area with 65" flat screen tv, dvd player and dvd library with a a selection of films for all the family, also with Bluetooth sound system.

There is a patio door which opens out to the upstairs Veranda where you can enjoy the sea views and tranquility.
The Veranda is secure so safe for children.

Leading off from the lounge area are 3 large bedrooms which comfortably sleeps 8 people.

In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed, with private bathroom air conditioning and own balcony.

The second bedroom, has a double bed with private bathroom, air conditioning and with own balcony.

The third bedroom has 2 double beds with sea view, private bathroom air conditioning and own balcony.

All bedrooms have plenty of storage space.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more comfortable.

Cleaning services and Chef are available if required for a fee.

Plantation Cove where many music festivals are held like Rebel Salute is also across the road.

Local taxi service is available or private driver can be hire at extra cost.

Caretaker lives on site in separate accommodation.
