It’s the ideal spot to savour your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets.

The focal point is a cosy fireplace with a wood burner, surrounded by comfy seating where you can relax after a day of exploring and watch a film on the Smart TV. The dining area comfortably seats four, making it a great place to enjoy meals together. The kitchen is well-appointed with all modern conveniences, allowing you to prepare delicious home-cooked meals with ease. At the rear of the property, two spacious bedrooms await. The first bedroom features a double bed with ample fitted storage and direct access to the rear patio and garden through French doors. More than a market town on the edge of the Lakes, there’s always something to do in Kendal – whatever the weather. Events and festivals are an excellent way to experience Kendal’s unique culture. The property is a 15-minute walk from Oxenholme train station, and Windermere can be reached in 15 minutes’. Ambleside in 30 minutes by car, traffic dependent, whilst Ingleton Caves and waterfalls can also be reached in 30 minutes in the opposite direction.
