Stunning Coastal Cottage - Sleeping 6 in 3 Bedrooms - Pool and Beach Access Included.

Monty's Maison is a large cottage, recently refurbished throughout by the owners and is located near the village centre of The Bay Filey holiday village.

Enter into a spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead to the right is a stunning family space with large open plan living area, beautiful dining area and furniture with access to the large refurbished kitchen.

There is an excellent dining space in the kitchen, with extended dining table seating 6 with French doors to the patio, and 2 large comfortable sofas - ideal for relaxing in front of. The patio has lovely furniture and a gas BBQ for you to use. Across the hall there is a WC.

The owners provide low level fencing for your furry friends not to escape the patio. This must be put away at the end of your stay (if you use it)

Free unlimited fast wifi throughout.

Upstairs, you will find a master king size bedroom with a shower room ensuite. There are two other bedrooms - one as a king and the other as a twin There is also a large family bathroom with shower over a P shaped bath.

Monty's Maison is a large family home ideal for two families!

Nice stay with family and dog

This was a very nice modern house with easy parking. The beach was a 10 minute walk away which was ideal with our dog. Some of us used the onsite pool and it was nice especially using the adult only session. The portable garden fence at this property was a big bonus as it was sturdy enough for us to feel confident to let our dog go in and out in the sunny weather.

Lovely stay

My family and I had a lovely stay at Montys maison. The house has everything you need and is very spacious, the beds were very comfortable. It is only a short walk to the amenities and beach. Will definitely return as we throughly enjoyed it.

Stay in Filey Bay Monty Masion

Beautiful house great location, home from home , Alexa, TV , easy to make meals plenty utensils, beautiful Denby crockery high class furniture, bedroom lovely beds so comfy, recommend will stay again.

Clean and comfortable

Lovely few days spent with our family and dog in this lovely property. Close to site facilities & 10 min walk to the beech. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend and will visit again.

Beautiful house

I have stayed at the Bay on many occasions. This is by far the best property I have visited. Decorated to a very high standard. Spotlessly clean and a perfect location. Really good value for money compared to the lodge accommodation which in my opinion is not as nice or as comfortable. I hope to return soon and can highly recommend.

Great locaton/well equipped but lacking some detail

The property is in a great location, is clean and well equipped. Slight grumbles; no welcome pack as advertised, had to empty dishwasher, no kids toys/games

Thank you for your review...... We do say the welcome pack is subject to availability and to call us if anything is missing and we would have dropped one straight round! The previous guests didn't switch the dishwasher on so the cleaners did so you had nice clean pots and the cycle didn't finish prior to your check in. Great stay

We have been to Filey many times before but this was our first time staying on ‘The Bay’. The house was lovely, even nicer than the pictures online. It was all spotlessly clean and smelt beautiful when we arrived. It is an excellent location for the facilities and the walk down to the beach. We didn’t use the outside area at the house with it being January but I can see it would be great in warmer months. Next time we visit Filey we won’t hesitate to book to stay at Monty’s Maison and we will bring our dog next time too.

Lovely place to stay

We had a lovely week at Monty's Maison as a group of 4. There was nothing adverse to say about this property. Everything was provided to enable us to enjoy a week away. The only very minor comment would be maybe an additional pan and an oven proof dish as personally we were catering for ourselves and found it a little short on cooking equipment. This is a very small detail and something very easily remedied. The location was perfect to access the facilities and parking adjacent to the property was never an issue. Would definately book this property again in the future.

Lovely coastal break

We really enjoyed staying at Monty’s Maison. The house is in a great location, a minutes walk to the shop/pub/leisure centre. The house is well decorated and very comfortable, although it is pet friendly there was no trace of dog smells/hairs. We went to the beach every evening and ate in the pub. We all enjoyed the break and would go back. Only issue it’s a little pricey but it is a high quality property so worth it, particularly if you get good weather.
