Our services:
• We provide a free pick-up (4 nights minimum) from the airport/train station in the price of the rental, making your arrival very smooth! Our driver who will be waiting for you and will assist you with your luggage. This service is greatly appreciated by our guests, as you can see in our reviews!

THE APARTMENT:
This very French and "typique" apartment is in a 17th century building located in the historic district south of the Marais, which offers a diverse selection of shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafes. It is a warm, cozy “pied à terre” to start your Parisian stay. This apartment has authentic ceiling beams, and it has been stylishly decorated with both antique and contemporary furniture.

Located on 1st floor, this doesn't have an elevator. However, there are only 30 steps to get in to the apartment.

It features a large living room with an old parquet and a Parisian fireplace. Decorated with vintage furniture (we love that!) and a large statement art-piece it is both stylish and cosy.
Beside the large dining room, the kitchen is fully equipped and you will find all you need to try your skills at preparing home-cooked French cuisine. A long formica vintage dining table is there for your breakfasts or apero, etc with both school chairs & vintage chairs.

The 4 bedrooms are equipped with twin beds or queen size beds + 2 extra beds.
The first bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
The second one has an antique bathtub, walk-in shower, 2 countertop basins. The second toilet is next to one of the bedrooms.
Although the apartment is located in the south of the lively Marais, you will find it to be quiet and comfortable.
TRANSPORTATION:
The location apartment give an excellent access to the metro within 5 minutes walking, you can find Chemin Vert (the closest metro stop - line 8)
Bus service is excellent as well.

LOCATION:
The flat is located very close to the Carnavalet Museum, the Picasso Museum, and it is within a short five-minute walk to the famous Place des Vosges. It is the perfect spot for those who want to spend their time in a quartier of Paris steeped in history and culture.

Loved our stay here!

My siblings, their adult kids and I were lucky enough to have a Paris New Year’s vacation, and this was a wonderful place to stay. It’s very spacious, with a mix of classic and modern that made us feel like we were - wonderfully, albeit temporarily - living in Paris. The host was really nice and very responsive, which was important for us non-frequent travelers from the US. We had everything we needed in terms of the kitchen, bathrooms (although one toilet is back in the master bedroom, there is a central one with a sink just by itself and also showers, sinks and a bathtub that are separate and lovely), bedrooms (comfy beds, awesome during tiring travel) and living room. This was all in a location convenient to bakeries, restaurants, a metro stop, and was also a good place to order car service (like Uber) easily as there is plenty of space (including a short side road) for car services to stop and pick passengers up. It was a wonderful place where we happily gathered each night in the living room after busy days of experiencing Paris.

Family Holiday in Paris

We really enjoyed our stay in this flat. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. We loved the ease of the location, as well as the great local shops nearby. The apartment has a great historic character- beautiful fireplaces and fixtures. I would be happy to stay here again.

Stay like a local

We were looking for a location for 5 women where we could each have our own bed and space to relax after long days of touring Paris. The included pick up at the airport was an added plus for us so we didn't have to deal with figuring out how to get to the apartment after a long flight. The communication with our host was excellent throughout the process. She was able and willing to book our return transportation to the airport for an extra fee as well. The location was great - right next to the metro stop and groceries. Highly recommend!

Paris

Our family of three teenagers, their parents and grandmother thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this classic Parisian apartment dating from the 1800's. The original flooring, crown moldings, tall windows and street view added to the experience. The neighborhood has many restaurants, shops and boulangeries to try. The Metro, being just steps away from the front door, made getting around easy. The transfer from the airport was greatly appreciated. Cathy was quick to respond to any questions we had.

We love our apartment, we have furnished and decorated this apartment to have a nice place, lively, a mix of vintage & design furnitures, a warm atmosphere that makes you feel just like at home. This area is also our favorite in Paris!!

You'll find so many reasons to go : Centre Georges Pompidou, this amazing designed building with a lot more to offer than just a museum, la Maison Europeenne de la Photographie, a must for contemporary photos exhibits, la Place des Vosges ....
The Marais is also and mainly a place to hang out choosing the right place to have a proper lunch, wandering around the narrow streets and peeking into private courtyard and private mansions
