Our bright and spacious apartment is a hidden gem for families, digital nomads, and friends who seek a premium stay in Malaga. It was recently designed and fully equipped. There are 2 parking spots, a community swimming pool, and gym!

It's located in a quiet and beautiful residential area El Limonar and you will have spectacular views of the mountains from the private terrace.

Every detail of this apartment has been carefully considered to provide our guests with a high quality experience. Its cutting edge design and multiple big windows create a very luminous and welcoming atmosphere.

There is a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, a smart TV, dining area for 6 people, and a panoramic window facing the terrace. The terrace has pretty views of the area and the mountains. There is also a dining table and an outdoor sofa with a terrace heather to enjoy your time outside any season of the year.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, crockery, and everything you need.

The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and bidet, big wardrobe, queen bed (160cm). The second bedroom has two individual beds, bedside tables, a mirror, and a closet. Both beds can be set together in a king-size bed (180cm). There is another bathroom with a bathtub and a shower across the hall.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a newly constructed residence with all the commodities.

You will have at your disposal the entire apartment with a private terrace, 2 parking spots, community swimming pool and gym.

The apartment is located on Avenida Camarón de la Isla. In fact, you will have the most important attractions of Malaga just a few minutes from the property:

- 13 minutes drive from the main street Calle Larios.
- A 17 minute drive from the Maria Zambrano train station.
- About 9 minutes drive from the central beach of La Malagueta.

In the surroundings of the center there is also a wide range of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and tourist activities, which can be easily reached by car or bus.

The center of Malaga has a wide cultural offer to discover the Andalusian culture and customs. This city is the birthplace of artists such as Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences.

The nearest bus stops are a 4-minute walk away. You can get to the airport by bus or cab, and the journey will take between 20 and 40 minutes depending on the means of transport chosen.

Two free parking spaces are included in this Airbnb reservation.
