Apartment is located in one of the most typical fishermen's neighborhoods of Malaga.(EL PALO) .Its privileged situation on the first line of the promenade and just 6 Mt from the beach makes it a pleasure. Its maximum comfort is equipped with everything you may need for both household items and lingerie. It also has air conditioning (cold, heat) and Wi-Fi totally free. It consists of a room with a double bed of 135 and a window overlooking the sea. A second bedroom with two bunk beds In the living room you will find a large window overlooking the sea, TV, sofa bed dining table (Recommended 2 children) and kitchen integrated in it, the bathroom has a large shower. MINIMUM € 180 base price. To book 30% of the total is required, rest more than € 100 on arrival. OUTPUT REIMBLABLE BOND

View of beach was good. Very clean. family friendly. Beach ws sand for miles. Second bedroom with bunk beds is extremely small. Check in process was awkward as owner had to bring keys to the property after 5 and we arrived at 2. Fortunately a kind restaurant owner nearby let us hang out there with our luggage. Perhaps a lockbox with hidden key could facilitate this process more efficiently for future travelers.

Lovely apartment right next to the beach and close to lots of restaurants. Great location to get into Malaga using number 11 bus with bus stop round the corner. Lazaro was incredibly helpful. Some knowledge of Spanish required for communications.

Amazing place 😀

This place was outstanding! The location provided everything you could ask for. The host met us and explained everything. We were missing a coffee pot and he had it there within 30 minutes. The beach 🏖️ is right out the window and provides a boardwalk right outside that has lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The bus stop is just 2 minutes away to head to old town and other sites. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay there. Highly recommend this place.

As they say: location, location, location. This apartment is directly on the beach (as close as one can get in an apartment). There are many restaurants directly outside and along the beach walkway. Directly under the sliding glass door is a quaint little tapas place that had (in my opinion) the best sangrias along this particular strip. A grocery store was a 5 minute walk away, and altho we did not use it, there was a bus stop around the corner. We used uber to get around for our needs and that worked well. The apartment was clean and ready for guests; the host, Lazaro, was kind, attentive, and welcoming. He did not speak much English, and my Spanish was meager, so THANK GOODNESS for Google translate! We did not do any cooking in the apartment, so I cannot comment on that, other than we made (instant) coffee in the morning. There is a clothes line outside one of the windows, which was handy for drying out clothes/swimwear. If there were any recommendation I could make, it would be to have screens on the windows/sliding door, tho I noticed no one had screens. It was SO delightful to have the windows open, with the sea breezes and lull of the waves to soothe me all night, but it came at the cost of bug bites. I would definitely stay here again; the access to the beach is remarkable!

Bij aankomst stond gastheer Lazaro ons op te wachten en hielp ons zelfs met het transporteren van de koffers.locatie direct aan boulevard is perfect!Vanuit appartement heb je zicht op zowel de boulevard, als het strand.Direct voor de deur van het appartement is een restaurant (Tapería Entremares) en eveneens voor de deur is er op het strand de mogelijkheid om ligbedden te huren. Communicatie met Lazaro was perfect omdat mijn vrouw Spaans spreekt. Heb je niet dat geluk, dan biedt "Google Translate" ongetwijfeld uitkomst. Voor de terugreis had Lazaro een taxi geregeld voor transport naar het vliegveld. Klasse! Het ontbreken van een "echt balkon" is niet als gemis ervaren. une semaine en Espagne basée à Malaga

Le logement est parfaitement situé, accès simple et rapide en bus pour Malaga, proximité rocade pour autres destinations. L'appartement est très bien, dispose de tout ce qu'il faut, suffisamment grand pour trois. Lazaro, l'hôte est super sympa (nous sommes arrivés avec du retard) il a été patient et très agréable, il est disponible par What'sapp. L'appartement est vue sur mer, c'est super chouette, et à proximité il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Très bonne pression pour la douche, calme pour les nuits, propre, vaisselle et électroménager comme il faut. Bonne base pour découvrir l'Andalousie!

Die Wohnung im 1.Stock bot eine super Aussicht auf Strand und Promenade. Die Ausstattung war gut , sehr sauber und alles war für einen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und erklärte alles verständlich trotz Sprachbarrieren. Das Bett war für uns etwas schmal, aber sonst ok. Warmwasser und -druck in der Dusche waren sehr gut. Das kleinere Zimmer mit Etagenbett roch etwas muffig.Unabhängig vom Raumklima ist es mE nicht für Erwachsene geeignet.

Perfekte Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Lazaros Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie war sauber, für die Kinder gab es ein separates Zimmer und der Meerblick mit eigenem Ausgang. Direkt zum Strand war grandios. Die Kommunikation und das Ckeck-In mit dem Gastgeber liefen ganz wunderbar, er war zeitlich für uns flexibel und hat uns auch sonst ein paar gute Tipps gegeben. Für Menschen, die kein Spanisch sprechen, ist allerdings ein Handy mit Übersetzungs-App nötig.

La situation de l'appartement est magnifique. Apparemment chouette. 2 bémols à signaler : porte de la douche pas très stable et pas de percolateur pour le café (juste 1 cafetière à l'italienne). Literie correcte.
