The property is almost entirely overlooking the Grand Canal and the independent entrance from the private garden will immediately make you appreciate its beauty.

On the ground floor, we find a large common area with a fully equipped kitchen and living room available to guests.

The rooms with contemporary and elegant style furnishings are all equipped with air conditioning, heating, refrigerator, closet or closet, hairdryer, and Satellite TV; each with a fully equipped private bathroom with shower.



Grand Canal Superior Suite: large suite located on the ground floor overlooking the Grand Canal. It has a queen-size bed, sitting area, closet, and bathroom with shower.

The room is suitable for up to 4 people.

There is a sofa bed in the apartment.

The property is located on the main street of Venice called Strada Nova which connects the Santa Lucia train station to Rialto and then ends in Campo dei Santi Apostoli. The location is optimal and convenient to reach the station and Piazzale Roma thanks to the various means of transportation.
