<br>Sjömagasinet<br>Sjömagasinet is a newly built house with a lake view and a lot right next to the beach. It sleeps 10+3, and just 100 metres from the house, you can go boating, swimming, and fishing. Sometimes the sunset paints the sky and the water in shifting colours.<br>The beds are always made with white sheets. This is included in the rent. Guests must bring their own towels.<br><br>On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen/living room with a lake view, a dining table, and sofas, as well as access to the lake. The beautiful bedroom also has a patio door and a lovely lake view, as well as space for a cot if needed. A large bathroom with a shower is right next door and also has a patio door. <br><br>The attic level features three family rooms with sloped ceilings and slightly different decor. The East Lake Suite has a double bed, a full-size bunk bed, and a small cot. The West Lake Suite has a double bed and an older, slightly shorter 100-year-old bed with high headboards. There is space for a small cot if needed. Both rooms have a French balcony overlooking the lake. The Starry Sky is the third family room, which instead features skylights and a view from the double bed straight up at the starry sky. The room has three full-size beds and an extra bed hidden in a bed cabinet behind beautiful traditional wooden doors. Simply put, it’s a little cabin with its own starry sky. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a living room with space for a mattress and a bathroom with a shower and a changing table.<br><br>On the ground floor of Sjömagasinet, one well-behaved dog is allowed in the kitchen and living room for an additional fee. No animals are allowed in the attic or in the bedrooms, on the beds, or on the sofas. <br>One dog is allowed in the kitchen on the ground floor for an additional fee of EUR 140 per week.<br><br>A grill and several outdoor seating areas are located right next to the house and also by the lake. The forest, swimming area, and barbecue area are for everyone’s use and may be used by people other than the guests.
