About this property

Holiday home with a beautiful outdoor environment located on a closed road in Vesterø, within walking distance of a fantastic beach, a cozy harbor environment, ferry, restaurants, and shopping. This well-maintained summer house from 2011 with a lovely annex is located on a 2,039 m2 plot on a closed, private road in one of Vesterø's best summer house areas with views of open farmland. The summer house has a small entrance hall, bathroom with shower corner and underfloor heating, and two good bedrooms. There is a combined living/dining room and lounge with access to a lovely, partially covered terrace and cozy garden where you can be completely yourselves. Several terraces around the house make it possible to enjoy your vacation outdoors. The many secluded nooks are perfect for everything from sunbathing and relaxing to barbecuing on a warm summer evening, and there is a very nice outdoor shower area, which is ideal for use throughout the summer. There is also a conservatory with heating for colder evenings. The area is a beautiful natural area, offering many opportunities for great hikes. To the north of the area is a stretch of forest that leads down to the beach and on to the Holtemmen area on one side and down to Vesterø Harbor on the other.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
