University flat

Our stay was pleasant. Paulo was very attentive to our needs. The sleeping area is not very comfortable for 2 people since the roof is not high enough to be able to walk around the bed. But it was cozy and probably perfect for one person. the apartment was very close to just about anything you want to see in Coimbra. The minicipal market is just halfway down the hill where you can get fresh fruits and vegies, as well as meat and fish. The apartment is also very close to the university which might be good or bad depending on whether you like peace and quiet or fun and excitement. It was 'serenata' week when we were there and students cound be parading on the street singing and chanting at 3:00 in the morning. We didnt like the noise but at the same time we enjoyed watching the college kids just being kids.
