Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars is available at the rear of the property, with additional roadside parking also available. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop, pub and the Water of Cruden River and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. This small village is a great base for a holiday as it provides a shop, Post Office, Chinese takeaway and a pub, not to mention an incredible beach. Cruden Bay is also home to a golf course, that is consistently ranked inside the world’s top 50; recognised as a architectural masterpiece for its dramatic dunes and stunning sea views. Nearby there are some fantastic places that you need to visit. Peterhead offers a great selection of shops and restaurants, as well as many things to do and see including a museum. A short drive in the opposite direction takes you to Ellon, also offering good amenities as well as beautiful parks and a golf course. Further afield is the city of Aberdeen, offering elite shopping and a maritime museum to enjoy.
