Interesting Experience
We booked this property because there wasn't much else available, we made this reservation last minute over Christmas. The home was actually in a fairly remote location, but still safe. I suggested an interesting experience because we literally had melon farmers next door to us and the other side, residents with chickens. The property was pretty rugged but gorgeous - many fruit trees, toucans and just kind of unique. Looks like they may be putting in a swimming pool, because there is a huge hole in the yard??? The back house is unusable but could be really cool for addi responsive. There was only one request that really got overlooked but he is managine about 14 properties in the area so I know he was busy. Things we wished we would have known in advance - 1. The main unit is NOT air conditioned, only the bedrooms. So we were actually quite uncomfortable being out all day with things locked up to come back to the house and it was just as warm outdoors. Plus we couldn't really open the doors because of the mosquitos at that hour. The other thing is that you can't flush any toilet paper, it all has to be thrown in the trash, which makes for an interesting experience. I've never done this before but felt a little uncomfortable for most of us. Unfortunately we weren't told that at check in and we overflowed one toilet into the hall and 2 bedrooms! Our host sent cleaners quickly. Washer/Dryer were provided but they are a unit for wash/rinse then unit for spin dry & dryer
