Located in the Sumartin area of Brac Island, Villa Seslia is a modern waterfront villa with a private swimming pool. The villa is within walking distance of shops and restaurants, just 10m from the sea and 400m from the nearest beach. The resort of Bol, home to the famous Golden Horn (Zlatni Rat) beach is within driving distance and there are regular ferries to Makarska (on the mainland) from the port.

Villa Seslia (150 sqm) develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room (with double sofa bed, fireplace, TV, and access to the terrace) and a kitchen/dining room complete with dining table.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One double bedroom (with king size bed, air conditioning, Flat screen TV) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), one double bedroom (with king size bed, air conditioning, Flat screen TV), one twin bedroom (with two single beds, air conditioning, Flat screen TV) and one shared bathroom (with shower).

Outside, you will find a terraced garden with a shady alfresco dining area (with table for 8), a relaxation area (with built-in seating) and a heated swimming pool with a sunbathing area (with sun loungers). There is also an outdoor shower, barbecue, and private parking.
