My lovely stone Villa is 130 years old. It is located in a quiet oasis close to the botanical garden Kotišina and near Makarska. My place is well known like bicycling and hiking destination.
With it's rooftop heated pool and sundeck the Villa provides relaxation to please all your senses. You will amazed by it's environment and extraordinary views of Adriatic sea and islands.
My holiday home is spacious enough for 6 people.Villa is 110 m2 lagre and spreads over three floors with two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, one toilet with laundry washer, kitchen with dining room and living room. Parking is also available on premises. Spend a splendid holiday surrounded by nature and stunning views, explore the mountain hiking or by bike, enjoy nightlife and gastronomical offer in Makarska and surrounding villages and islands.
