Villa Pina is renovated stone house located in a small Dalmatian place Makar, 2 km from the center of Makarska.
This house has everything you need for a pleasant holiday: swimming pool (salt water), satellite TV, WiFi, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen.
Villa is under mountain Biokovo on the edge of Nature Park Biokovo hugged by pine and olive trees and has fantastic panoramic views of the whole city Makarska. From here you can see the island of Hvar and Brac.
The house has 100m2 and has huge private garden cca 1200 m2 with swimming pool of 22 m2, large parking and barbecue.

On the ground floor is kitchen with dining room, living room and a bathroom. On first floor are two bedrooms with two bathrooms. The house is suitable for 4 + 1 persons. For a quiet and relaxing holiday, this villa is a great guarantee for your first class vacation because the first house nearby is located about 500 m so there is no noise from neighbors. Deposit is required in cash (300,00 EUR) upon arrival. You will get this amount back upon departure, provided everything was in order (no damage).

Wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Most amazing views of Makarska and especially the beautiful sunsets. The owner was so welcoming and friendly. We all loved the pool and exploring all the different areas outside - so well looked after. Very comfortable beds and clean, modern bathrooms. 10 out of 10 from us!

Wundervoll! Ein ganz besonderer Ort!

Als wir ankamen, wurden wir sehr herzlich von Zlatan begrüßt. Er hat sich Zeit genommen und uns nach einem kühlen Getränk alles gezeigt und erklärt. Sogar ein tolles Willkommensgeschenk stand für uns bereit. Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es war nirgends ein Fleck oder Staub zu finden. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön und die Betten sehr bequem. Die Matratzen waren sehr komfortabel. Beide Badezimmer im OG sind mit einer großen Walk-in-Dusche und Doppelwaschbecken ausgestattet. Die Bäder sind modern und groß. Auch das Bad im EG hat eine Dusche und ist wirklich schön. Im Außenbereich gibt es mehrere schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegen zum Sonnenbaden. Das Grundstück ist in sich abgeschlossen und war somit für unseren Hund perfekt. Auf dem Grundstück stehen wunderschöne alte Olivenbäume. Der Pool ist traumhaft schön. Von ihm aus hat man eine super Aussicht auf die Stadt und das Meer. Eigentlich hat man von jedem Ort - vor allem vom Balkon - eine unglaubliche Aussicht. Hinter dem Haus ragt der große Berg in die Höhe, was einfach nur imposant ist. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und Zlatan und seine Frau Natasa sind außergewöhnliche Gastgeber. Nicht aufdringlich, aber immer da und ansprechbar, wenn etwas ist. Wer einen außergewöhnlichen Ort sucht, sollte buchen! P.S.: Die Fotos werden dem Haus nicht gerecht und es sind leider nur 8 möglich.

Alles perfekt!

Die guten Bewertungen stimmen wirklich, der Gastgeber Zlatan ist wirklich sehr bemüht und freundlich und spricht sogar Deutsch. Das Haus ist super sauber, man hat einen atemberaubenden Blick über Makarska, egal wo man ist. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und man merkt dass Zlatan sich mit großer Leidenschaft um sein Ferienhaus kümmert. Kein Liegestuhl ist defekt, kein Abfluss verstopft - wirklich alles ist top in Schuss. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, es mangelt an nichts. Fliegengitter gegen die Mücken wären vielleicht noch toll, wobei es eh nicht so viele gab. Was man dringend beachten sollte: Das Haus liegt relativ weit oben, der Fußweg erfordert gute Kondition, wenn man nicht völlig verschwitzt oben ankommen will, andernfalls ist es empfehlenswert mit dem Auto nach Makarska zu fahren. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das kleine Paradies zwischen Meer und Bergen

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in diesem Traumhaus und seinem bezauberndem Garten verbracht. Der Service der Gastgeber war nicht zu übertreffen. WIr haben ein mit Liebe gestaltetes Haus mit riesen Grundstück in absoluter Alleinlage angefunden. Alles 100% gepflegt und sauber. EIn kleines Paradies, was die beiden Vermieter dort geschaffen haben.

Wir waren die Ersten - Juli 2016

Wir hatten das Privileg als erste Gäste dieses wunderschöne Haus nutzen zu dürfen. Dieses vom Eigentümer mit viel Liebe und Herzblut errichtete Feriendomiziel, hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen!!! Der Blick auf Makarska und die vorgelagerten Inseln bzw. Richtung Küstengebirge ist zu jeder Tageszeit einfach umwerfend!!! Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind am Inventar noch zu ergänzen aber im großen und ganze fehlt es einem an nichts. Wir genossen die Ruhe abseits vom Trubel der unter dem Haus liegenden Stadt. Der liebenswerte und sehr bemühte Eigentümer war jederzeit erreichbar und gab uns wertvolle Tips um unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gestalten zu können. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen hoffen selbst bald wieder kommen zu können!!! Einzig für Familien mit Kleinkindern ist das Haus ob der vielen Steintreppen nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen ... Gregor P. - Tirol/Österreich

Ein wunderbares Haus, mit tollem Flair und mit sehr viel Liebe fürs Detail. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Besonders zu erwähnen: Wir wurden super herzlich empfangen und waren hin und weg, die Bilder im Internet sind wirklich nicht übertrieben. Der Ausblick, Haus, Pool und Garten sind wirklich unbeschreiblich schön. Wir würden jederzeit wieder einen Urlaub dort verbringen.

Schön gelegenes Haus in Hanglage. Voll ausgestattet und einem Salzwasserpool mit Blick auf das Meer und die Ortschaft. Viele nette Rückzugsmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Natürlicher Schatten durch viele Olivenbäume. Sehr netter und freundlicher Empfang durch den Hauseigentümer. Die Beschreibung im Internet entspricht vollends den Erwartungen. Wir hatten einen wundervollen, entspannten Urlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen.
