Charming detached house located in the historic center of the village, finely furnished and equipped with all services, is ideal for families or a group of friends who want to spend a stay in Mamoiada even long term.
Access from the main entrance we find a large living room with dining room, sofa bed, TV and kitchen complete with all amenities such as electric oven, microwave and coffee machine. In this area we find the first bathroom with shower and a lovely courtyard.
Going up the stairs, we then proceed to the sleeping area where we find the first double bedroom and the second bathroom with bath and shower. Proceeding to the top floor we find the second double bedroom and a bright living room.
The property is equipped with WI-FI connection.
Santa Maria Navarrese is 42 km from Casa Clara, while Tortolì is 45 km away. The nearest airport is Olbia-Costa Smeralda Airport, 113 km from the property.
