The Space:
Dairy Cottage is a self contained unit with a wood burner so very cosy and should have everything you need for comfortable stay including all bedding, towels, kitchen essentials, washing machine and just in case; an area for wet drying and bike storage. The courtyard has furniture and a brazier and is enclosed and secure, also a little suntrap when the weather permits. There are also lots of other sitting, picnic and relaxation areas around the cottage as well as a children's play area. We are easy to get to just off of the A75 with easy access to Stranraer and Newton Stewart. Approximately 15 minutes from ferry service to Ireland at Cairnryan so perfect for restful night if you have an early ferry.
The Cottage, although completely separated, is part of the larger farmhouse which our family lives in. We do have small children and remain respectful of our guests but you may be able to hear the odd sound from their growing personalities. This has never been an issue but please keep this in mind when booking our place.
Guest Access:
The booking is for the whole cottage; living room, full bathroom, drying area and bedroom. There is an enclosed courtyard at the back of the property for allowing your dogs out in a secure safe area.
