Orto Degli Olivi - Tonino

Orto degli Olivi is a characteristic stone farmhouse subdivided into 2 units, each with independent entrance. The house is immersed within greenery, surrounded by olive groves and woods, lies only 20 km from the city of Lucca and the sea. The about 2’000 sqm sized property is completely fenced – it features also a built in earth swimming pool 12 x 6 m, depth: 1.50m.
At the guests’disposal there are a completely fenced property and a swimming pool set in earth (12 x 6 m, depth: 1,50 m). The swimming pool area is sunny all day long and is equipped with deck chairs, beach umbrella and external shower.
Parking within the property (electrical gate).
The owners live in an apartment with completely independent entrance close to the farmhouse but located on a lower level.
Unlimited internet access included. There is a traditional brick barbeque in the vicinity of the house in common use for both units.

Activities:
The hills in the hinterland of Camaiore are the ideal destination both for nature lovers and for art and history freaks. You can go for an excursion on the Apuan Alps or you can visit the picturesque little hamlets, discovering old traditions, typical handicrafts and local products.
This place offers a unique combination of different landscapes and sceneries, ranging from seaside to hills, mountains, and lake, beach and art towns.
The beautiful beaches of the Versilia are within an easy reach. Guests may have a stroll or organize a bike tour. There is a typical “trattoria” in the vicinity of the house.
Within 3 steps access to the apartment consisting of: entrance into the kitchen cum living room with fireplace, sofa, stove, oven, small fridge with freezer compartment, 1 twin bedroom with 1 en-suite bathroom with shower (cabin), wc/bidet, winding staircase leading to the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom (attic-like) with sloping beamed ceiling, exit onto a terrace (20 sqm) equipped with table, chairs, beach umbrella and external utility bathroom with washbasin and wc.
The apartment is simple and cosy, furnished in country style with terracotta floors and beamed ceilings in the bedroom. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.

The quantifiable additional costs must be paid together with the security deposit, IN CASH, at CHECK-IN.
The extra charges, which are calculated according to consumption, are to be paid at the end of the stay.
