Situated on the 5th floor with elevator access, our charming studio is in an area renowned for its beautiful beaches and waterfront promenades. The nearest attraction, Praia de Leça da Palmeira, is a short stroll away, inviting you to bask in the sun and enjoy the refreshing waters. You'll also find various dining options nearby, serving delicious seafood and local cuisine.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa, one armchair, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

The sleeping area has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well and a door that leads you onto a balcony, perfect for unwinding.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Leça da Palmeira, located on the stunning coastline of Portugal, is a charming neighbourhood that offers a perfect blend of coastal living and modern convenience. With its beautiful beaches, rich maritime heritage, and vibrant atmosphere, it's no wonder this area is a sought-after destination.

This seaside neighbourhood is known for its picturesque sandy shores, providing residents and visitors with ample opportunities for relaxation and water-based activities. Leça da Palmeira is famous for its iconic Leça Swimming Pools, an architectural masterpiece designed by renowned architect Álvaro Siza Vieira.

The neighbourhood boasts a selection of local cafes and restaurants where you can savour fresh seafood and Portuguese delicacies. Additionally, there are supermarkets and shops to cater to your daily needs.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Assoc. Emp. Portugal is just a 1-minutes walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
