This apartment offers an open space plan with a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stovetop, an oven and a microwave. There's also ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The living room features two sofas, one of which can be converted into a convertible sofa bed for additional sleeping space, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table. The apartment also boasts a lovely balcony with two chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Lavra is a small coastal town in northern Portugal, specifically in the Matosinhos municipality within the Porto District. It is situated along the Atlantic Ocean and is known for its beautiful beaches, fishing heritage, and maritime activities.

Lavra is part of the larger Porto metropolitan area and is just a short distance from the city centre of Porto. This proximity makes Lavra a popular destination for locals and tourists seeking a beachside retreat while still having access to urban amenities.

Lavra's main attractions are its stunning coastline and sandy beaches. Praia de Lavra is the main beach in the area, offering a picturesque stretch of golden sand and clear blue waters. It's an excellent spot for sunbathing, swimming, and beach activities. Additionally, the coastal promenade provides a pleasant area for leisurely walks and enjoying beautiful ocean views.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
