Villa completely redone, with a living area of 200m², in a very pleasant area. You will find a swimming pool (6x4) heated.
It consists of 4 suites, 4 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a sofa bed. The whole house is air-conditioned, including the bedrooms.

You will be delighted to find a large living room of 100m² with a large sofa, a large dining table, and a central island where you can meet with friends and family.

The villa is 150 m from the beach and 10 minutes from Porto.

It is important to tell you that if you want to spend a relaxing stay in a wonderful setting, with your family or friends, this is the house for you.

If you want to do a little musical night, you will appreciate the ceiling speakers controlled by your mobile phone.

Casa moderna en la playa

La casa está muy bien. Muy equipada, cómoda y moderna. Todo muy limpio. Zona tranquila y piscina genial. Jose muy atento a las peticiones. El único inconveniente es que no tiene 4 baños completos en las habitaciones. Solo una habitación tiene el wc dentro. El resto de habitaciones tienen que compartir dos wc que están fuera en el pasillo.
