Positive: Un lugar súper bien ubicado, al lado de la estación del metro Marqués de la línea amarilla

: A brilliantly located place, right next to the Marqués underground station on the yellow line. It’s a pleasant spot with everything you need for a good night’s rest. It’s well lit and has two toilets and a shower.

Was a very nice stay! The apartment was clean, very well equipped and cozy. It has everything I needed. The metro station is just across the street. Many coffee shops nearby-- which really helped for breakfasts, and with reasonable prices as well. Really liked everything, and toilets with bidets were a pleasant surprise! Also managed to use the well equipped kitchen, it even had a dishwasher.

The accommodation in this apartment was wonderful, it has a lot of space, it is well equipped and the area is super quiet. It is close to the subway, which is very convenient, especially for those who carry luggage or even to go to distant areas. We liked it a lot and hope to come back. Not forgetting that Marie is super attentive and is always available to help.

The apartment was perfect in every regard. It is beautifully designed and decorated and all amenities are available. The geographical situation near the subway is fantastic. However there is a major flaw. It lightly smells bad and it comes from the drains (sewer). We were able to manage imperfectly by closing the drains buttons but it was still present sometimes. This, unfortunately, greatly disturbed our stay. Otherwise it would have been perfect.

Overall the apartment was beautifully decorated, all new and functional. Location is pretty great. On a downside it is facing the busy street with car alarm going off pretty much nonstop. There is no direct sunlight although it has a lot of big windows which makes the place a bit dark. It smells!!! The kitchen sink (or maybe other pipes too) smell.
