This unit is a great second floor, beachfront, 3 bedroom/2 bath 1800 square foot condo all on one level. All three bedrooms have a queen bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa.

Sunset Beach Resort is a 13 unit 3 building complex and 200 feet of beachfront - you heard me - 200 feet of beachfront for only 13 units. You will not feel overcrowded here.

Sunset Beach is located 2.5 miles south of San Pedro Town in a quiet residential community. Town is an easy stroll on a bicycle or a quick golf cart ride. We have even walked to town on the beach numerous times. Returning to the peace and tranquility of the south will not disappoint you.

My documents will include the many tips and suggestions for San Pedro with restaurants, beach bars, where to grocery shop, get coffee, etc. I will provide a detailed itinerary before your arrival and list the important phone numbers you many need. I am also available at any time via a phone call, text, or e-mail. There is also an on site concierge that will be great with assisting you with all your needs once you arrive.

The manager jason was amazing making sure everything was taken care of and whatever we needed he was there.A real beautiful tropical clean place, would recommend and we would come back again.After booking they took care if every aspect of our trip. Our stay in C2 at Sunset Beach Resort was absolutely wonderful and truly made our time in San Pedro unforgettable. Each morning began on the large deck, watching the sunrise over the water—a peaceful and beautiful way to start the day. The view of the sea, with palm trees and the sounds of morning birds, was a beautiful.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and having a small grocery store just a block away made it easy to grab essentials. We especially appreciated the beachside grill, which we used for a few relaxing “at home” dinners.The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were quiet—we never heard any noise from neighbors, which made for restful nights. The pool was perfect for cooling off, and we also loved swimming in the sea right from the pier.Although bikes and kayaks were available, we spent most of our time enjoying the beach or exploring town. Having a golf cart is definitely recommended, as the resort is a bit removed from the center of San Pedro.The grounds are beautifully maintained, with vibrant island flowers throughout, and it’s clear the staff takes great pride in keeping everything in top condition. A special mention to Jason, the on-site concierge, who was incredibly helpful—his recommendations and knowledge of San Pedro and Belize added so much to our experience.We highly recommend Sunset Beach Resort for a relaxing, beautiful beach getaway.

Sunset Resort is well maintained and provides a very safe vibe. It’s easy to access town with golf cart where there are many places to eat. Christine organized our trip well, prior to our arrival. She scheduled taxi and golf cart for us. Everything was on time and exceeded our expectations. Jason, the concierge met us at the property upon arrival and walked us thru the rental. Throughout our stay, he was on the property or just a text away for advice. He’s super laid back and full of info. We truly enjoyed our trip with friends. We will be back!

Beautiful Seaside Condo

We had a wonderful time staying at Sunset Beach! The condo was perfect! Everything we needed was there in the condo, even bug spray and sunscreen! We loved the huge deck and made use of the hammock many times. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Juan Carlos did a great job setting up a snorkeling trip for us. The golf cart rental went off without a hitch. And we spent a lot of time just jumping off the dock and floating in the ocean. The ocean water was actually warmer than the pool water! We loved the view from the deck and saw some beautiful sunsets. Thanks for a great stay!

When Can I Come Back?

First of all, this condo complex is 2 miles outside of San Pedro, so if you like to walk, great! We rented a golf cart for the week. The roads to town are combination dirt, sort of paved here & there and cobblestone with speed bumps & gutters along the way. Rather hard on the body. We made if fun though! The complex is very well maintained, the condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The view of the ocean was fantastic and other than the neighbors barking dog, we had no complaints. We did not do any cooking but there were ample kitchen supplies & spices, coffee filters and a blender. There is a small mini-market right on the corner which was convenient. Juan Carlos, the concierge was kind and helpful when we had questions. The coin laundry facility on the property was not working, so Juan Carlos was able to contact someone who washed some clothes for us at a reasonable fee and we just hung them to dry on the clothes line on the balcony. The sargasso (seaweed) has taken over the beaches, even though there is a caretaker that continues a never-ending job of trying to rake it up. Swimming from the shore is not advisable but there is a dock/pier from which you can swim. We certainly hope to return someday! Thank you Christine Cotten for all your assistance, suggestions and answering all my crazy questions! The ruins and cave tubing were FABULOUS!

Rest and Solitude

The property was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the porch every morning (coffee) and night (happy hour). We were very grateful for Christina's assistance in planning our trip. Alvin was wonderful as well on-site and assisted with any questions or needs. The beach and the pool were not crowded which we enjoyed. Also, very nice restaurants close by that we enjoyed.

We had a great time at the condo. Nice place with all the stuff you need on vacation. Great veiw and beautiful beach. Glad we were out of town a ways, quite but close enough to town for dinner. Get food and drinks. Nice people and very helpful.

I have had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the entire country of Belize, and I can tell you that Sunset Beach is one of my favorite properties in San Pedro. The owners do a great job of keeping up the property and paying a lot of attention to detail. Sunset Beach is the perfect location being 2.5 miles south of San Pedro Town. The south end of Ambergris Caye is so peaceful, and Sunset Beach is just minutes away from town while traveling down a mostly paved road. About 1/4 mile before you reach Sunset Beach the road becomes nice and sandy that is well maintained.

This unique property sits on 200 feet of beachfront for only 13 units, which never gives you the feeling of being over crowded.

I can also assist you with all your needs while in Belize (booking your local flights, a golf cart rental, or any excursions you may be interested in). I will pass on my many suggestions and tips for the area.
