Great place for families

We enjoyed two nights at Casa Tortuga. The water park is very fun with a tour guide and to explore on your own. Food at Baalmán was very good as well. The downtown strip that is full of other restaurants and shopping is only a 20 minute drive.

New build, nice secluded area with onsite Cenotes

So the property we stayed in was brand new. We there are nice Cenotes on site. 6 i believe so you can explore for free on your stay.

The home is clean and beautiful. The pool was gorgeous as well. The cenote park being onsite and included was an amazing perk. I highly recommend. It’s great being able to walk out the door in the morning and be at the cenote park. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Could not recommend more highly.

Great place

We stayed 2 nights.. explored the cenotes. Food offered is not great at the restaurant. Ballimans had great ambiance but was difficult to find and figure out parking. The hotel office was also hard to find... and the lobby of cenotes was zero help. But once we figured out where we were going they were extremely helpful and kind. Everything was very clean and better than expected
