The apartment consists of two rooms with double bed each and also with the possibility of putting an auxiliary bed in one of the rooms. Each room has a working area inside the room, air conditioning and heating.
In addition to the bedrooms, the flat has a living/dining room with a sofa bed, television, heating, fan, etc. It also has a fully equipped kitchen where you will find kitchenware, microwave, fridge, oven, washing machine, etc. and a bathroom with a spacious shower.
You will also have a beautiful terrace with television and terrace furniture, a hammock, etc.
In our neighbourhood you will be able to enjoy the Sevillian tapas at a neighbourhood price.
There is also a bakery, greengrocer, supermarket and everything you need just a minute away from the house.
A 5 minute walk away you have the parks of San Jerónimo and Alamillo, separated by the Guadalquivir river, where you can walk and practice all kinds of outdoor sports.
You also have the beautiful monastery of San Jerónimo and not far away the Estadio de La Cartuja where many concerts, sports activities, etc. are organised.
It is a neighbourhood with no parking problems, free of charge. And if you come without a car, don't worry because it is very well connected to the centre of Seville by public transport.
Two minutes walking from the house you have the bus stop of the bus lines 3, 10 and A2 that take you to the most touristic and emblematic points of Seville, so we recommend you to leave the car parked in the neighbourhood and always move by urban transport and so you will avoid the madness of parking in the centre and you will save a lot of money in parking.
There is also a train station 5 minutes away from the house that will take you to Santa Justa station, if you arrive in Seville by AVE.
And if you arrive by plane we are a 10min drive from the airport.
Bus line 3 stops at the Triana bridge, at the Torre del Oro and Maestranza towers, at the Mª Luisa park (Plaza de España and Plaza de América), makes the route from the neighbourhood along the banks of the Guadalquivir and stops near the Olympic Stadium, Isla Mágica, Alameda (the coolest neighbourhood in Seville), stops at the bus station in Plaza de Armas and also 5 minutes away from the Feria de Abril.
Bus line 10 takes you to the Macarena wall and to the historic centre where you can start the tourist route.
And line A2 has the same routes but starting at 12 o'clock at night.
We can provide you with a public transport card that will make it more economical for you to get around.
