The apartment is in a newly converted house in the centre of Seville. It is entirely refurbished with all new appliances, on the 3rd floor with a secure lift. It has 2 magnificent, private terraces, 1 with shade and chairs and a table, the other with sun loungers. It has one bedroom with twin beds, and a sofa bed which sleeps 2. The kitchen is newly installed with hob, microwave oven and cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and fully equipped. The bathroom has a large modern shower. The bedroom is at the back of the house and very quiet. The apartment is double glazed with air conditioning and central heating.

Great location comfortable flat

Great location with easy access to sights and great restaurants. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating. Washer and dryer was great after days of traveling. Some of the furnishings could use updating but the location, amenities, and price can't be beat.

Great location

The apartment was clean and required with what it's mainly needed for a short stay. It was great that it had a lift, specially after walking the whole day. The location is excellent, we could go walking or on a bike everywhere.

furniture should have been replaced years ago, couch unusable but for those who didn’t come for the furniture, the location is great in the heart of old town and the patio is a big plus,

Great location

We were happy to stay at this spot in such a great location. The deck was nice and the beds were comfortable. It could be improved by upgrading the furniture in the living room and the deck. It was disappointing that the cable tv did not work. The communication was great and the owner quite lovely. Thanks!

great property.

This is a great property in a brilliant location very near the centre of Seville. It is very clean and the balconies are fabulous. The property is in need of small improvements that could easily be made. The balcony handle is hanging by a thread (as is one of the towel rails) There could be more variety of plates. The property appeared to be off line (could not get the T V to work)

Great location, walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment is very quiet, no noise from the adjacent or lower units. Awesome terrace. Furniture inside and out is in dire need of replacement. Terribly uncomfortable couch. Dull cutting knives make dinner preparations very difficult.

Very poor, not recommended, inappropriate

Unsafe electrics in property; lift did not work and was dangerous to get caught in do not use! Electrics tripped out fully on numerous occasions from faulty kettle/ and air con units ?? Left in total dark several times. No bowls, and utensils inappropriate. Sofa NOT a sofa bed would not sleep four. Terrace furniture very worn and dirty. Shower not clean.

Enjoyable stay

Very good location and nice property. Compact but fine for 2 people. The bedroom is quiet and the beds comfy , so good sleep quality. The shower is good. My daughter stayed for 2 nights. The sofa bed needs replaced. It is very lacking in padding as a sofa, and the vinyl is flaking off and sticks to your clothes. The large terrace is lovely, though both sun loungers are ripped and need replaced. The ‘ digibox’ did not work , so no TV. Though we did not bother trying to alter input to TV etc , as not in Seville to watch telly. All in all this was a lovely flat for our purposes in Seville, and I would book again ,

Fantastic location, some updates required, friendly owner

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment which is super centrally located near the pedestrian sector of Seville. The flat is spacious and the terraces very large. The Persian blinds are fantastic and make the terrace an actual extension of the living room, with nice views of the street and area below. The lift is fantastic, you won't need to carry anything up the stairs. Air condition was working very well and the beds are comfortable. We spent some time with the friendly owner and got to know her a little, which was nice. As mentioned by previous guests, some of the furniture must be replaced without delay, especially the sofa as well as the deckchairs and terrace chairs. I am sure this will happen soon now. It is what is needed to make me (and others) give it a complete 5 star evaluation.

5 days in Sevilla.

The apartment is unsuitable for renting. The television does not work. All the furniture on the terrace is defective. The sofa bed in the living room peels and is hard as a rock. I had to defrost the freezer when an alarm on the freezer went off. Towels were missing. The drain in the sink in the bathroom was leaking. Therefore, I contacted the landlord, who arrived 2 days later with a craftsman, after which the problem was solved. At the same time, I informed the landlord about the many mistakes, after which she promised to get things right. I can see from previous reviews that several of the deficiencies were already reported to the landlord a year ago, without anything having happened. Shelves for clothes are missing. The apartment is not suitable for 4 people as advertised.

Unique avantage de cette location : son emplacement, au cœur de la ville. Sinon totale déception : Nous avons attendu sous la pluie que notre logeuse vienne enfin avec 1h de retard pour nous donner la clé. À notre arrivée, l'appartement était dans une grande saleté, le ménage n'avait pas été fait, les draps de lits pas changés et les poubelles pas vidées. L'hôtesse a dû courrir au magasin acheter des draps propres et des serviettes de bain. Nous nous sommes chargés de faire le ménage en arrivant. La cuisine est vétuste, il manque des équipements, les plombs sautent si 2 plaques de cuisson sont en fonction, le canapé tombe en lambeaux et la terrasse est inutilisable (transats défoncés). L'appartement est visiblement dans son jus et personne ne le gère plus depuis bien longtemps.

Mme Diana Finch nous a cancellé . Je l’ai appelé …Probléme d’auto … N’est jamais venue et nous a dit que malheureusement elle devais nous canceller , qu’elle ne pouvait venir etc etc…. Elle m’a dit qu’elle m’enverrait un chèque à mon adresse au Québec ! Je ne la crois pas ! Je demande un remboursement intégral sinon plus pour tout les problèmes que nous avons eu à nous trouver un autre endroit où se loger ! J’ai parlé avec un agent virtuel qui m’a dit que vous me contacteriez sans faute pour les modalités de remboursement

Niet naar toe gaan

Het appartement is op zich prima maar het was er zo smerig/ vies. Bij binnenkomst dit gelijk genoemd aan de eigenares ze trok haar schouders op. We hebben alles eerst grondig schoon gemaakt. De meubels zijn oud en vies ook buiten, de kussen waren niets eens bekleed. Voor de hele week 1 grote en 1 kleine handdoek. De was machine gaf iedere keer storing dus konden we ook niet gebruiken. Daarbij deed de lift het niet de laatste 2 1/2 dag. Ik heb al een klacht ingediend!!

Die Lage ist sehr gut, um Sevilla zu erkunden. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto daran denken einen Stellplatz in der nahe gelegen Garage vorbuchen.

Why they chose this property

We like this part of Seville because it is so central. It has all the best shops and is within walking distance of all the historic monuments but retains its local character. It is easy to access, by car,by train and easy to get to the airport.

What makes this property unique

The terrace is a wonderful place to sit and relax after a hard day´s sightseeing or shopping and has many good tapas bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. It also has a well equipped kitchen, if you want to cook.
