The apartment is bright and quiet, as the building is located on a street with little traffic. A cozy living room with outdoor balcony, a sofa-bed to accommodate 2 more people and modern kitchen open to living room fully equipped with cooker, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, and all kitchen utensils . The double bedroom has an outdoor balcony and has a double bed and cupboards. The apartment comes complete with a modern bathroom with sink and large shower plate.     The apartment is very close to the Cathedral, Alcazar and Giralda. After a day of sight seeing and shopping it's very nice to have the patio to relax on - with great city views. Very handy grocery store across the steet. Everything went smooth for checkin.

    The amenities were amazing as we enjoyed having a clothes washer, a drying rack for our clothes, a microwave, fridge, stovetop, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board. Oddly, it was the little things that were missing e.g. a towel to dry dishes, an ice cube tray for the freezer, bowls which we purchased and left behind for future renters.Our host was not able to communicate in English and was in no way welcoming. In fact, he was the only bad experience we had in our 2 weeks in Sevilla.the wifi did not work and he completely ignored our request for help. This lack of wifi during our stay was a significant problem for us.

    There were holes in the ceiling of the bathroom it continuously drift water. When I said something to the person that manages the property all I got was, oh odd it still dropping today. I told them yes and never heard from them again. There were holes in the ceiling that had obviously been there for quite a while. Don’t know where the water was coming from ( plumbing, roof or waist) was very unhappy and let them know. Heard absolutely nothing back. This place should not be rented until it’s fixed.

    Commerce juste en bas. Pratique mais bruyant, surtout la porte qui bipe à chaque ouverture et fermeture du passage des clients. Mais très bien situé près du centre ville.Il manque tout de même un tire bouchon,des bols et un torchon de cuisine.Les informations du propriétaire étaient très claires au départ de la gare.La photo de l'annonce correspond à la vue du dernier étage de la terrasse, sinon Vue sur la façade d'en face......

    Über den Dächern von Sevilla

    Ohne Aufzug waren die knapp 60 Stufen schon anstrengend. Dafür wurde man aber von einem super Rundblick auf der Dachterasse belohnt. Hier wäre ein Sonnenschutz von Vorteil gewesen. Die Klimaanlage hat auch einen tollen Dienst erwiesen. Von hier aus war es ein Katzensprung zu den Attraktionen von Sevilla. Alles war gut fussläufig zu erreichen.Supermarkt direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite - besser geht es gar nicht..Auch der Taxistand gleich um die Ecke war toll. So sind wir problemlos zum Flughafen gelangt

    Très bien placé notamment supermarché en face et heureusement parce que pas une bouteille d eau, pas un petit morceau de sucre, pas une capsule de café, pas de torchon.. Literie bonne mais pas de lampe de chevet. rue très bruyante. Très propre, beaucoup de serviettes de toilette mais pas de verre à dent et rien pour poser les objets de toilette. Attention 3 étages sans ascenseur. La terrasse n'est pas privée.il faut monter un étage de plus mais il y a d 4 sièges une table et même une chaise longue. la clef de la porte sur rue accroche, elle est d'ailleurs un peu tordue mais ça marche!

    L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé dans la ville. On est proche de tous les lieux principaux. En revanche, il manque un certains nombres d'éléments dans l'appartement : une petite poubelle dans la salle de bain, un torchon à vaisselle, de la lessive pour la machine à laver (nous n'allons pas acheter un bidon pour faire une machine). De plus, j'ai eu un soucis avec la wifi et quand j'ai envoyé un message, personne ne m'a répondu. Le prix est donc très cher pour la prestation.

    Piso bien situado y casero muy atento

    El piso tiene una localización estupenda, a menos de 10 minutos del ayuntamiento. Es un 3° sin ascensor, pero por la situación que tiene y el precio merece la pena. El casero es muy servicial y atiende sin problema a las llamadas, estamos muy satisfechos con el trato recibido por su parte.

    Appartamento centrale ma da migliorare

    Ceck in fatto senza proprietario, abbiamo trovato la chiave in un luogo accordato. La casa si presenta come è illustrata sul sito, ma con un problema: il riscaldamento non funzionava. Dopo una lunga serie di messaggi con il proprietario, vista l'impossibilità di farlo partire, seguendo i suggerimenti ch ci inviva per whots'app, conveniemiamo che l'indomani il problema sarebbe stato risolto, e così è stato. Sono anni che giriamo l'Europa utilizzado appartamento, ma non ci era mai capitato di non vedere mai il proprietario. Il giorno dopo il problema è stato risolto. A causa delle forti piogge, l'acqua entra in casa dalle due porte finestre. Sarebbe bene una manutenzione più accurata, il divano avrebbe bisogno di una rinnovata nelle stoffe. Manca un comodino in camera, perchè proprio non c'entra. La lampada di camera non funziona. Peccato la posizione è centrale, davanti c'è un supermercato. A fine soggiorno il proprietario ci ha permesso un breve prolungamento del soggiorno, per attendere l'ora della partenza dell'aeroporto, è stato gentilissimo. Suggerimento: avere a disposizione qualche depliant sulle attrazioni della città, visto che non è stato possibile incontrarci con il proprietario sarebbe stato buona cosa.

    Il rifugio perfetto per visitare Siviglia

    La casa è come si mostra nelle foto, pulitissima e nuova in tutto. È divisa in una comoda camera da letto e una zona giorno ben sfruttabile con ampi armadi ben fatti. Il bagno è nuovo e con una splendida doccia. La completano un piccolo balcone e la bella terrazza da cui si accede dalla scala principale. La posizione è perfetta, nel quartiere più interessante ma in una via non rumorosa, vicina ai monumenti e con un market di fronte e un bar a 10m Antonio è un padrone di casa molto gentile e prodigo di utili consigli. Unici difetti, il letto un po' piccolo e le scale un po' pesanti perché ripide e bisogna arrivare al terzo piano. Il bagno necessita di una mensola in più. Comunque è una casa assolutissimamente consigliata!
