The apartment was wonderful and the location was perfect. The host made everything so easy and it all came together for a charming getaway for a solo traveler. Would highly recommend and would love to stay there again.
Think boutique hotel meets old world charm. This property was absolutely excellent. It is very clean, beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The location in old Seville was perfect- very close to the Real Alcazar, Cathedral and fantastic restaurants. The hosts were very responsive to my inquiries.
This apartment is in a wonderful location, it is quiet and within in easy walking distance to all the sites. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The owner has put thought into the space, the rooms have space to move around in and there is lovely art on the walls so you feel like you are in a home not a barren rental unit.The kitchen has a good selection of all the items needed for preparing simple meals. There is a great shower - very spacious.The team managing the property are all great, very helpful and attentive.I would rent this unit again if I return to Seville.

Safe and secure building, lovely clean apartment. Noisier than I had expected especially late nights and weekends. Great location.
The apartment in Plaza Santa Cruz was located in a prime location for walking the historic centre. Nina met us when we arrived and gave us a quick tour and answered any questions. The place was clean and quiet for sleeping. The washing machine came in handy since we are on a month long trip. Everyone was very responsive to any questions we had and we highly recommend this lovely apartment in Seville.
The folks managing this property made check-in amazingly easy. They also provided insight to locations that couldn't be found in the guide books (as well as those that could!). I'd stay again in a heart beat.
Beautiful apartment and within walking distance to every Sevilla destination that we wanted to see. Rent bikes nearby for very little and take a brief ride through town to the river. Beautiful, easy ride up and down the Guadalquivir!

The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood, but very close to some major sites. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, with balconies opening onto a courtyard. Check-in was easy and communication with property management was easy.
The apartment is great for two. The location can not be any better. It is within a short walking distance of all major historical landmarks. There are amazing restaurants nearby. The best flamenco in Seville is right across the apartment. Habing a car would be difficult due to the parking situation. I would recommend this place for a couple.
We are an older couple visiting Sevilla for the first time. This flat was perfect for us. We could walk in every direction to find a new alley or a different neighborhood! We could walk easily to a supermarket and shopping. We could walk a little further to the bus and train stations for day trips. Our space was very comfortable and well equipped-loved the apartment and the city!
My daughter and I stayed here for five nights during Semana Santa. Hosts were attentive and responsive and kind. It is a wonderful location, close to many of the iconic places and nestled in a historic and charming neighborhood. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go (we also took advantage of the Sevici bike rentals - recommend!). The only reason for the 4-star rating, instead of five is that we were only provided one towel set each for the five nights (which I think is not enough) and there was not enough toilet paper provided so we had to buy our own along with buying paper towels for the kitchen. These are simple things that would have made a nice difference. All things considered, I do recommend this place and would stay here again!
The location of the apartment was excellent as it was close to the main historical sites. There were plenty of restaurants close by and supermarkets were about a15 minute walk away.The commercial shopping district was also only about 15 minutes away and the walk across the river to Triana was another 20 minute stroll. Plaza Espana wax about 15 minutes away as well. The apartment was perfectly adequate for us (a couple) with comfortable seating and a reasonably well equipped kitchen. The washing machine was a welcome addition. The apartment was very quiet and secure. The only downside was the quality of the pillows and towels. They really need to be replaced. Despite this I can recommend this very well located apartment in the old Jewish quarter. It is a very pretty area.
Great property all around - very clean and beautiful on the inside. Property management was excellent with communication. Apartment is very centrally located on a beautiful park. Overall a great stay.
The one problem was a specific noise above the bedroom ceiling area that occurred at regular intervals throughout the day and night. It was a loud buzzing sound that kept me awake the first night to the point that I needed to buy ear plugs to sleep the following nights. I would recommend for management to fix that noise or provide earplugs as a courtesy to guests.

This apartment could not be better located. It is in the historic center of the city and provides easy pedestrian access to most of the highlights of Seville. With respect to the apartment, we especially appreciated the level of security, with an exterior locked gate as well as a secured door to the building. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen is very small. We enjoy cooking in some, but chose to eat out except for breakfast. The listing said the bed was queen sized while it is actually a double bed. Upon discovering this, we reread the listing and discovered a vague reference to it being a double bed, but the header under ‘bedroom’ clearly said ‘queen’. Overall, the apartment is very comfortable and I can recommend it to any couple wanting the convenience of experiencing Seville.
