Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodations since 2005.
This beautiful and intimate rural house for 4 people is the ideal refuge to get away from urban stress without losing proximity to services and leisure. Located just a few minutes by car from the urban centre of Coín, it offers easy access to restaurants, shops and local activities. In addition, its excellent location allows you to comfortably explore the province of Málaga, with quick connections to Málaga, Marbella, Fuengirola, Ardales and Cártama. 🚗✨
Rural cottage with swimming pool
To arrive, you will travel along an unpaved but well-maintained road of about 800 metres. Within the plot, you will find a natural environment with several outdoor areas to relax and enjoy the sun. The private swimming pool, with mountain views and surrounded by vegetation, guarantees moments of intimacy and rest for the whole family. It has access from the exterior porch and features small stairs to facilitate its use. 🏊♂️🌿
The exterior is equipped with functional and comfortable furniture, ideal for family lunches or moments of tranquillity, both in the area next to the kitchen and on the covered porch connected to the dining room. 🍽️🌞
The interior stands out for its luminosity and functionality. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: fridge, microwave, oven, induction, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, in addition to all the necessary kitchenware to prepare and enjoy your meals. 🍳☕
The dining room is a cosy space where a steel fireplace with glass provides warmth during cold seasons, perfect for long chats or watching television. On warm days, a ceiling fan offers a pleasant natural coolness. From here, you will have direct access to the covered porch and the garden. 🔥📺🍃
The house has two bedrooms, both exterior and with space to store luggage neatly. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray, while the second offers two single beds. In the hallway connecting the rooms, there is a second bathroom, also equipped with a washing machine for greater comfort during your stay. 🛏️🚿
🐾 Special note about Mily
We want to inform you that around the house lives Mily, a very affectionate and calm cat 🐱. She usually comes into the dwelling from time to time, and precisely because of this, the accommodation receives her name.
If the guests wish, they can feed during their stay. Mily's food is located on the top shelf of the bookshelf next to the fridge.
👉 If you prefer not to have contact with animals, you can simply avoid giving them access to the interior.
The accommodation includes free internet connection to stay connected during your rural getaway. 📶
