Summer rental with Solar Panels in Bucerias, Mexico

Bienvenido a Casa Maria a beautiful vacation home completely furnished in Terralta 2, a quiet gated community within walking distance to the beach and downtown Bucerias. This is an upgraded house with 2 bedrooms and an additional TV/ den room upstairs. It has 2 full bathrooms upstairs and 1 half bathroom downstairs. The kitchen, living and dining room have a clean modern feel with all the amenities of home. The house has air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room, a built-in kitchen, an outdoor covered laundry room and a patio with a hammock for relaxing in the sun.

Bucerias is 25 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta International Airport. It is beautiful beach town located between Nuevo Vallarta and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. We have a property manager to check you in and make your stay comfortable.

There is NO Pool on site, but for the money you save, you can take a taxi or rent a car and go to some awesome places like Punta de Mita, La Cruz, Sayulita and San Pancho. We can also recommend nice resorts that have day passes to use their pool.

We offer weekly and monthly discounts. For monthly rentals, our guests pay for any electric used over what is generated by the solar panels. This helps us keep our rates reasonable.

Why they chose this property

We have been going to Mexico since 1998, mostly staying in Puerto Vallarta. More recently we have been staying in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle and visiting Sayulita and San Pancho. But we really fell in love with Bucerias! The town has so much to offer. nice beaches, great restaurants, markets, shops, art galleries, and festivals. Mostly we love the people.

What makes this property unique

What we really like about this house is the Terralta 2 community. Our neighbors are a mix of friendly Mexicans, Americans, and Canadians. After spending a day in the hustle and bustle of the town, it's nice to relax in a quiet neighborhood away from the loud bars and people selling their wares.
