Redelijke plek voor overnachting van een paar dagen

Omdat we de locatie slechts als slaapplek hebben gebruikt, was het wel prima. Het appartement was schoon, maar had wel een afgeleefde bank, oude keuken, matige bedden en erg kleine badkamer. Inchecken ging soepel met sleutelkastje en erg fijn dat we zowel eerder konden inchecken als later konden uitchecken. Doordat je als huurder niet rechtstreeks met de verhuurder communiceerd, gaat communicatie echter zeer traag. Appartement ligt kwartiertje lopen van centrum, maar er is weinig te doen en het is een rauwe buurt.

Große Enttäuschung

Wir baten um Erstattung der Reinigungsgebühr und der 20 £ sowie um Teilerstattung der Übernachtungsgebühr (< 50%). Zunächst sagte der Gastgeber zu, die Reinigungsgebühr erstatten zu wollen, alles Weitere wurde abgelehnt. Trotz Fristsetzung hat der Gastgeber jedoch bisher gar nichts erstattet.

Hi Annette - our team were running late due to traffic issues we did advise this- however you were unhappy with this - our guys got to the property as soon as they could and made sure the place was professionally cleaned and even sent more staff we feel your review to be unfair
