The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave, and blender, as well as all kinds of pots, pans, and a full set of kitchenware (dishes, silverware, and utensils). The apartment is provided with sheets, towels, tablecloths, and tea towels.

To enjoy the outdoors, guests have access to a wooden table and chairs, two lounge chairs, and a beach umbrella, all located in the garden.
On one side of the house is a private terrace, completely separated from the attached apartment, offering a quiet and secluded space.
