Sunshine Home, located close to the Raggio di Sole Gardens and few minutes walkable distance from the famous Arena, is a spacious and bright apartment on the third floor of a building with a lift and parking place.

Thanks to its central position, it's easy to reach all the main attractions.

It consists in a living room with kitchenette, table with chairs, sofa and satellite TV, two large double bedrooms both with TV, a bathroom with shower and three small terraces.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, independent heating, wi-fi and washing machine. No dishwasher.

Lovely stay in Verona

This was just as described and well suited for travelers to Verona. A quick walk from the train station and also into city center, you are just moments away from the essentials. Huge praise to Rogerio who provided thorough check in details prior to our arrival, greeted us and made us feel so welcome and settled for our stay. He was such a wonderful host!

New Year visit

Had a great stay starting with the friendly lady who welcomed us at the property. Lovely surprise to receive a panettone - really nice touch! The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Get Together

Missing a few essentials like extra pillows and blankets. Had to ask for more toilet paper. Location was amazing to get around Verona and to walk to train/bus station. For 2 couples it was perfect. Thank you for a great place to spend part of our holiday!

Good base for exploring Verona

Property was exactly as advertised. We did not have a car, we walked everywhere. One slight issue was finding the property as the apartment block is sideways to the road. Another slight issue was the power tripped outwhen we put the oven on. A neighbour quickly resolved this for us.. Otherwise we had a brilliant stsy in verona.
