Winter Wonderland True Ski in and Ski Out Peaks Condo!

You found what you have been looking for! Tell your family/friends, 'Pack your bags, we are going to the perfect place for our Sun Peaks vacation.'

This is a SKI IN and SKI OUT, two-bedroom, end unit condominium that is fully furnished complete with a private six-person hot tub. After retrieving your skis and snowboards from the secure locker located right outside the front door, it is less than 20 seconds to the Fair Dinkum ski run! In a few minutes, you are already at the Morrisey Express Chair waiting to start your wonderful day on the slopes.

There is a LCD TV and stereo in the living room and another LCD TV and DVD in the second bedroom. You have two full bathrooms and a well-equipped gourmet kitchen complete with a selection of spices. We have a variety of DVDs, books, and board games for your enjoyment as well. There is also en-suite washer and dryer. We also have a secure WiFi network setup as well in case you want to send your pictures of your great day on the slopes to your 'unlucky' friends.

After your day on the slopes, you can relax in the hot tub or sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy the breathtaking views of Sundance Mountain and Mount Tod. We are located just minutes from the village and even closer to the skating rink.

We are now requesting that all rental guests are required to sign a declaration accepting
that should a situation arise where a member of the in resort management team contract
corona covid19, all services supplied to the property would be immediately suspended
resulting in their booking potentially being cancelled with little or no notice.

Management services will only resume once sufficient staff have completed the self-
isolation process and been cleared by a doctor to return to work safely.

No guest reservation should be accepted unless the guests have accepted these
conditions.

Great ski holiday

Our family of four comes to Sun Peaks each year for a ski holiday and this was truly the best place we have stayed. Loved the ski in, ski out convenience, private hot tub, well thought out details and well stocked home. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for our family vacation. Very comfortable apartment and the hot tub was awesome after a long day of skiing. We really loved the ski in, ski out accessibility and came back for lunch each day. A well equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for my family. Excellent communication with the host. The property is as advertised. The location is excellent and the communication with the owner was very helpful at all stages. It was clean and well-supplied. The hot tub was very nice at the end of the ski day!

Great Condo

Great property with easy access to the Orient chairlift. Hot tub awesome after day of skiing. 15min easy walk into main village along picturesque trail. Suitable for family of five with kids bunking in together. Well stocked kitchen and well heated throughout.We didn’t have a car which made garbage disposal over extended trip a bit challenging was only downside.

We loved our visit to Sun Peaks. This was our second time staying in this condo. It’s in the best location to the ski slopes, just a few steps out the door and you’re putting your skis on and heading to Morrisey. I like being able to sit by the fire and watch my kids play on the hill in the backyard. Very clean and comfortable stay. The owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. Would visit again.

Splendid Sun Peaks

This was our 6th time out at Sun Peaks, first 1st time at Settler's Crossing #5. Great condo with an excellent ski/in out loaction to both the Orient and Morrisey chair lifts. Condo is well equipped for all your needs and the view of Sundance and Tod Mountain from the hot tub is a perfect way to end a big day of skiing!! We will be back!!

Love the convenience of ski in/ski out, not to mention the hot tub, well-equipped kitchen. Still bothers me that we're penalised if we don't take out all our garbage after paying a sizeable cleaning fee. That's my only gripe. We'll be back!

Comfortable and Great ski in/out location

The condo was comfortable with easy access to the Morrisey and Orient chair lifts. Both owner and property manager were accessible and easy to communicate with. To enhance guest comfort, the condo would benefit from minor repairs to toilets and replacing shower curtains. This was communicated to owner and property manager who were quick to respond and are addressing the issue. Overall, it was good stay and consider renting the condo again in the future.

Our second year staying here and will likely return in 2024 again. Love the ski in/ski out feature. Just always feel at home right away. Well stocked kitchen and how we love the hot tub! Couldn't understand the extra charge for garbage while there's a hefty cleaning fee. No instructions where to take it. Otherwise everything perfect! Thanks again.

An excellent ski-in/ski-out condo in beautiful Sun Peaks

Our family of three stayed in this condo for a week in March 2025. The condo was very spacious, cosy and comfy, clean and stocked with all the necessities. A huge hot tub on the balcony was absolutely amazing! The ski locker located right by the entrance, although being outside, was warm enough for the skis to dry out overnight. The location couldn't have been better. Located in Settlers Crossing complex, this condo is in Building 1 which is looking right to a ski run. So getting from the front door to the slopes was just 20-30 footsteps, and getting back - we were able to ski straight to the door! Craig, the owner, was very nice and responsive.The only thing I wanted to mention is that the condo is on the lower floor, so there is another one above. It looks like the owners of that unit replaced carpets with hardwood, and “horse races” of the folks above often disrupted our rest even before 7am. It's a minor issue, but, if you are sensitive to noise, just know what to expect.

Great experience

Craig is a great host; very accommodating and helpful. The unit is ski-in/ski-out but a bit tricky depending on conditions. It’s great for 2 or 4 but a bit tight on storage units for your clothes & gear. We were only 2 so we spread out! Kitchen really well equipped. The hot tub is wonderful! Thank you for a great holiday.
