The villa provides comfortable sleeping arrangements with three well-appointed bedrooms: two rooms are furnished with double beds (1DS each), and the third room contains two single beds (2S). For convenience, the house features two full bathrooms, each with a toilet, sink, and shower. A separate utility room (Bryggers) houses a washing machine. For year-round comfort, the house is heated by electric heating and an efficient air-to-air heat pump.

Outdoor living is a highlight, with the property set on a large 1200 m² natural plot. Guests can relax on the terrace or the covered terrace, furnished with garden furniture and sun loungers. The outdoor area is perfect for socializing, featuring a gas grill and an outdoor fireplace for cozy evenings. The location is convenient, situated in a holiday home area with the beach 1.2 km away, a restaurant at 895m, and town access within 2.0 km. Please note the house is not rented out to youth groups or craftsmen groups.
