For all your comfort, the beds are distributed among the rooms as follows:
→ The 1st bedroom features a cozy DOUBLE BED, perfect for a restful night's sleep.
→ The 2nd bedroom offers a comfortable SINGLE BED, ideal for a solo traveler or a child.
→ The 3rd bedroom includes a versatile DOUBLE SOFA BED, accommodating additional guests or providing a relaxing space during the day.

→ Relax and unwind in the inviting living room, thoughtfully furnished for relaxation or social gatherings.
→The PRIVATE TERRACE is a serene oasis, ideal for sipping morning coffee or enjoying evening drinks while taking in the neighborhood ambiance.

If you are taking public transportations, just take the metro and leave at station Faria Guimarães. From there is only around 10 min walking to the house.

- Check-in and Check-out Procedure:
To ensure that your arrival and departure are as comfortable as your stay, please note:
Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.
Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Need more time? Let us know.
- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.
- Enhance your stay with extra services, such as additional keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.
- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.
