Nice villa with its outbuilding situated only 150 meters from the beaches, near the village of Scopello with its renowned "Faraglioni". This property provides an access to the sea (accessible via a small path) and offer simply furnished but welcoming interiors.
Distances: Scopello with general stores 1 km away, Castellammare del Golfo 5 km, Palermo (airport) 55 km away, Trapani 50 km.
At guests' disposal: furnished garden, large veranda, private swimming-pool (8 x 4 m - aperta dal 1/5 al 30/9), barbecue. The villa provides air-conditionng, washing-machien and dryer.
Extra services to be paid on the spot: Extra bed available (upon request) in the outbuilding at € 150,- / per week. Baby bed (€ 30,- / per week) and high-chair (€ 15,- / per week) upon request.
Small pets are allowed.

A small outbuilding is approx. 5 meters away from the villa and offers a double bedroom (air conditioning) (with extra single sofa bed upon request to be paid extra) and a bathroom with shower.
